Family and friends baby shower was 2 weeks ago! Haden was definitely showered with many great gifts, including quite a few sentimental favorites! Grandpa Haden gave Haden a teddy bear made from the peacoat he wore as a Midshipman at the Naval Academy many years ago! Grandma Haden made a special quilt for Haden...much like she made me a blanket when I was a baby (which I still have today). From Nana and Papa Moore he was given his own pajamas, plus many of his.daddy's old favorites (toys and some clothes). Mommy's friend Erin made a super soft fleece blanket which definitely makes daddy happy!
Mommy was given the best surprise of the day when great friends Rory and Vycki showed up to help celebrate (they both live near DC).
It was such a fun day and now we are all ready for Haden to arrive...you hear that buddy...Mommy is READY!!!
T-minus 12 days to due date...Haden, what do you think about today?
